Catering policies

Our menu features a selection of our most popular items. These are suggestions, and we would be delighted to arrange catering menus to suit your particular requirements. We encourage you to read to read the following policies and discuss any clarification with our catering manager

As a full service caterer, we are happy to work with you to develop menus best suited for your budget and catering needs.
Please inquire about additional menu items that do not appear in the sample on-line menus. We are pleased to accommodate special dietary requirements. 15% service charge & 6% sales tax will be added to all functions

Ordering
Our Customer Service department is available at 1-800-61-DEAL1 to take your order Monday through Saturday , 9am-7pm. & Sunday 12 pm to 7pm.Please leave a message allow at least 72 hours notice when placing orders; however, we will do our best to accommodate your last minute catering needs.
Delivery
Delivery charge is based upon order size and distance.
Billing
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Credit terms are also available.
Equipment
real deal offers a full line of disposables along with a wide selection of ceramic serving equipment for your use, as well as chafing dishes, linens, fine china, glasses, silverware, tables and chairs. Please ask your Account Executive for pricing information.
Service Personnel
Our professional staff, including chefs, waiters, bartenders and event supervisors are available upon request.
Event Planning
Your Account Executive will help you build a custom menu for your event and will assist you with all of your party needs - personnel, décor, linens, equipment and floral arrangements.
Cancellation
Cancellation requires 48-hour notice.or a 20% service charge will be applied Orders may not be cancelled on the day of delivery.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm a large event and must be paid on the date that the contract is signed and executed. Balance is due 48 hours prior to the event date.
Final guest count required 7 days prior to event. Thank You
